Rack section:The main body of the machine is allinstalled and fixed on the rack.Theframe of the machine is welded withhigh-quality carbon steel plate,stainless stell plate,stainless steel and channel steel,and the structure of the whole machine is stable and durable.
The working part of themachine head:The drive wheel transmits powerto the driving roller shaft throughthe nylon pin coupling. The synchronous operation of therollers is guaranteed by a pair ofopen gears.There are specific bearings on both sides of the active and passive shafts and eccentric sleeves for adjusting the distance betweenthe rollers.components, mounted on the rack.
Broken separtation working part:After the material is squeezed bythe rollers, it flows into the crushing chamber on the lowerside. With the rotation of thedouble-shaft mace, the pelletsand the returned material canbe separated.
