Pre-Treatment Link: Equipped with a special chicken manure mixing and regulating device, which can adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio and moisture content of raw materials (adding straw, sawdust, etc.) without additional crushing equipment, adapting to the undried chicken manure directly discharged from farms;
Core Fermentation Tank: Adopts “aerobic high-temperature fermentation” technology, with built-in automatic aeration and stirring system – no manual turning required. The tank’s internal heat insulation layer cooperates with the self-generated heat of fermentation, maintaining the temperature at 55-65℃ (adjustable), which can quickly kill pathogenic bacteria, insect eggs and weed seeds;
Dual Production Output: After fermentation, the material can be directly packaged as powdery organic fertilizer (through the matching packaging machine); if granular products are needed, it can be connected to a special organic fertilizer granulator (aimed at chicken manure fermented material’s looseness, the granulator’s adhesion control is optimized to ensure high granulation rate);
Modular Assembly: The whole plant is composed of independent functional modules (feeding, fermentation, post-processing, packaging), which can be split for transportation – especially suitable for farms in remote areas or with narrow access roads, and on-site installation can be completed in 3-5 days.
