Compound fertilizers are granulated by wet or dry methods
The production process of compound fertilizer is more complicated than that of organic fertilizer.

At the same time, the drum granulator has a large output and is suitable for large-scale and batch fertilizer processing. Compared with the disc granulator, the inner wall of the drum granulator is made of special material, which is not easy to stick and is anti-corrosive. It is easier to clean and maintain equipment after granulation.
The double-roller extrusion granulator is a commonly used dry granulation equipment that can be extruded into granular materials at one time. By adjusting the mold, the size and shape of the finished particles can be changed, which has strong adjustability. The dry granulation process requires no drying for packaging, so it consumes less energy.
