Granules Bulk Blending plant is normal, its materials is chemical fertiizer granules, compound fertilizer granules and mineral fertilizer granules etc.

Final Granules Fertilizer Standard

The total nutrients are not less than 35.0%. The percentage of water-soluble phosphorus in available phosphorus, moisture content and particle size (2.00mm～4.00mm) are: not less than 60%, not more than 2.0% and not less than 70%.

Bulk blending fertilizer making production line is simple and low investment. It has different design and equipment, can be semi-auto production line and fulll automatic production line.

1. feeding and dosing system

2. BB mixer or blender

3. Packing process
3.1 auto packing machine and semi-auto packing machine is chosen according to different capacity.
3.2 Robot Pallet system is optional.
