INTRODUCTION
Organic fertilizer pulverizer is widely used in bio-organic fermentation composting, municipal solid waste composting, grass peat carbon, rural straw waste, industrial organic waste, livestock and poultry manure, and other special equipment for the crushing process of biological fermentation and high-humidity materials. The equipment has a moisture allowable value of 25%-55% for biological fermentation organic fertilizer materials, and the crushing particle size reaches the granulation requirements. This machine solves the problem of crushing high-water content organic fertilizer, and has a good crushing effect on the fermented organic fertilizer materials. The machine is also suitable for fine crushing in mining, coal, metallurgy and other industries.
COMPONENTS
The multifunctional pulverizer is composed of three parts: a body, a middle body and a lower body. The middle body is equipped with a triple stator ring, a crushing cutter and a fineness analyzer. The main machine adopts alloy cutter head. It has a high degree of wear resistance, which also improves production. With coarse crushing, fine crushing, and centrifugal crushing, the motor drives the rotor of the crusher to run at high speed, so that the machine generates high-speed airflow to produce high-strength impact force, compression force, and cutting force on the crushed materials, and achieves unique crushing functions. Multifunctional crusher is a new type of crushing mechanical equipment. The parts of the crusher are mainly composed of a casing, a bearing, a screen, a transmission wheel, and a trough frame.
